The Navigator
Emma’s purpose is to navigate the human soul. She is the firm’s non-anxious presence, creating the profound psychological safety required for truth to emerge. Her mandate is to listen for the questions beneath the questions—to understand the fears, values, and unspoken currents that define a family’s character.
She provides the emotional clarity. She makes the house a home.
